Welcome to CN Designs policy section.

Our policy is simply to give our customers the best possible pieces we can deliver along with the appreciation that they have made the choice to purchase a Christian Nevin original. Our way of showing our appreciation is to offer refinishing at any time you feel the article needs attention at no extra cost, other than shipping charges to and from CN Designs. Please be aware that some metal may be removed in the normal refinishing process. Therefore, please limit refinishing until necessary to avoid weakening the piece over time. Turnaround time for repairs or refinishing can vary from one week to six weeks. All pieces carry a ninety day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover loss of any stone or stones due to misuse or abuse. Should a piece need repair or refinishing, a check must accompany the package for shipping charges. Check amount will depend upon the insurance coverage desired. Once the piece to be repaired has been returned to CN Designs and inspected, charges for repairs may apply. Any items sent to CN Designs for repair and or refinishing may become the property of CN Designs if payment has not been received within sixty days of notification of it being finished. We are a respectful company and wish to be treated in the same manor we treat you, our customers. With that said, we hope your purchase brings you many years of happiness.

 

Returns

Due to the nature of custom designed work we accept no returns unless other arrangements are made before the item has been designed, created and shipped. If something does not fit or has slipped past our quality control damaged. We will do what it takes to get the item up to the standards of all Christian Nevin articles. All items must be returned in exact shipped condition with no signs of wear. All paperwork packaging and COA card must be present as well. We have had to put this in effect because of a few individuals who thought we were a rental company.
